– 400ml Ferman’s Meat Curry Sauce
– 1kg Lamb (shoulder)
– 500g Aubergine
– 150ml Single Cream
– 3 medium size Tomatoes
– Coriander, Ginger, Green Chilies
– 1tbsp Ghee Butter
– 1tbsp Coarse Pepper
