– 1kg Lamb (shoulder)
– 500g Ladies’ Fingers
– 100g Red Lentils (Optional)
– 150ml Single Cream
– 3 medium size tomatoes
– Coriander, ginger, green chilies
– 1tbsp Ghee Butter
