– 350ml Ferman’s Meat Curry Sauce
– 1kg Lamb (Shoulder)
– 1 medium Cauliflower
– 150ml Single Cream
– 3 Tomatoes
– 4 Green Chillies
– 1 Ginger
– Lemon
– Coriander
– 1 tbsp Ghee Butter
